salsa (about 1/2 cup)
Preheat oven to 350. Microwave tortillas on high for 30 seconds until soft. Press tortillas into muffin pan cups to form a bowl shape. Fold edges of tortilla back to keep an opening for the filling. Bake for 10 minutes.
Brown ground beef on medium heat and drain. Stir in salsa (or use taco seasoning) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each tortilla bowl. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato and drizzle with ranch dressing.
